Turn on 'Roll over unspent' on a monthly budget and whatever you don't spend carries into next month's available amount automatically. Turn it off on any month and the carrying stops from that point on — it doesn't retroactively remove what already rolled in.

It's recoverable for 30 days. Open 'View all transactions' and switch to the 'Recently deleted' tab to restore it. Deleting an entire savings goal is the one exception — that's permanent, since it removes the deposit history too, which is why it asks for confirmation first.

Yes. Set up a rule on the Recurring tab (rent, salary, subscriptions — weekly, monthly, or yearly). When you open Money, any due occurrences are posted automatically (and a background safety-net catches up inactive accounts). Pause a rule instead of deleting it if you want to stop it temporarily; resume it later and it picks back up.

There's only one number you actually set — the monthly budget. Daily and Yearly are just that same number shown as a per-day or per-year figure (monthly ÷ days in the month, or monthly × 12), not separate budgets you can set independently.
