Terms of Service
The rules for using rituall — accounts, acceptable use, public plans, and the free service.
Last updated 17 August 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and rituall for use of the website and app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use rituall.
The service
rituall provides tools to track habits, follow plans, manage tasks, log personal expenses, and split group trip costs. Features and limits (including the free plan) may change. Paid plans, if offered later, will have their own pricing terms.
Your account
- You must provide accurate sign-in details and keep them under your control.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think it was misused.
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or harm the service or other users.
Your content
You keep ownership of the habits, plans, tasks, expenses, and other content you create. You grant us a limited licence to host and display that content so the product can work. If you publish a plan to the community gallery, you grant us the right to show it publicly, including in search results and the sitemap, until you unpublish or delete it.
Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or that you do not have the right to share. We may remove public content that breaks this rule.
Acceptable use
- Do not probe, scrape, or disrupt the service beyond normal use.
- Do not try to access another person’s account or data.
- Do not use rituall to send spam or malware.
- Do not reverse engineer the service except where the law allows.
Disclaimer
rituall is provided “as is”. Habit science, plans, and money tools are aids — not professional medical, educational, or financial advice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect calculations, or specific outcomes (streaks, exam results, or savings).
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, rituall is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data beyond restoring from available backups where feasible. For the free service, our total liability is limited to zero (or the minimum the law requires).
Termination
You may stop using rituall and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may stop providing the service or close accounts with reasonable notice where practical, or immediately for serious abuse.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Courts in Bangladesh have jurisdiction, except where consumer law in your country says otherwise.
